Participation Fee:

Please be aware that registration is binding and requires payment of the participation fee within the specified timeframe. Upon registration, you will receive an invoice, which will also be sent to the email address provided. Please save a copy for your records. The invoice will provide details on the bank account to use for payment.
Important
Please note that the bank account belongs to Helmholtz Fonds e.V., which also issues the invoice. When making payments, participants must indicate "Invoice Number, First Name, Last Name" as the purpose.
Payment can be made only via bank transfer. If registering during this period, payment must be made within 14 days of registration. The participant is responsible for any banking fees incurred. Credit card payment is not accepted for the conference fee.
The participation fee encompasses the online Book of Abstracts, refreshments during breaks, lunch, conference dinner, lab tours.
