All formal registration process is subject to a fee, guaranteeing the participation and access to services of the event. 
The conference is organized by RELACRE, which is responsible for verifying the fulfillment of payments after receiving the respective supporting documents and issuing the corresponding receipts.

Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS.
Registration is required for all participants.
Registration will be validated after receipt of the Bank Transfer proof, which must be uploaded in the registration form.
When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant receives a confirmation and the invoice by email.
Student registrations will need to submit proof of student status.
Participants are solely responsible for currency conversion to their respective local currencies based on prevailing market exchange rates. The final settlement amount will be determined exclusively by the total funds received by the organizing committee.
