SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE
The purpose of the 7th IMEKOFOODS conference is to get together scientists working on food related fields, such as food chemistry, nutrition, food safety, risk assessment, food authenticity, etc., where the metrology plays an important role to ensure consumer’s protection.
