IMPORTANT
- Regarding the payment of the registration fee, an invoice with all the necessary information will be sent to you by post or e-mail shortly after your registration (including the abstract submission).
- The payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
- The registration for the conference will be validated upon the receipt of the payment of the registration fee.
- The payment should be received at the latest 30 September 2023; after this date, the unpaid registrations will be cancelled.
The registration fee includes the admission to all scientific & poster sessions, welcome reception, all coffe/tea & lunch breaks, conference program & e-book of abstracts, conference bag & items and certificate of attendance.
* Student registration fee requires a proof of student status. The students must be less than 35 years old, being enrolled in a Master or Ph.D. program and provide a certificate/letter from the Institution/Tutor by email to imekofoods7@anses.fr upon registration.
Each registration covers the submission of maximum 2 abstracts.
