Abstracts should be submitted via the registration site, using link bellow by May 31, 2025, according to the instructions below. After successful submission of your abstract you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of submitted abstract via e-mail.

- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation
Important notice:
1 registered participant can submit no more than 2 abstracts.
Decision of acceptance of oral or poster communications will be made by the Scientific Committee until the end of June 2025. Accepted abstracts for posters and oral presentations of registrants will be published in the digital Book of Abstracts.
Abstract Formating:
All abstracts must be written in English. The body of abstracts for Poster or/and Oral Presentation must not exceed 400 words or 3000 characters with spaces, whichever is reached sooner. The title should not exceed 125 characters (incl. spaces) in length.
Please do not prepare any figures, photos or graphs for your abstract as they cannot be submitted, abstracts are text-only.
Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors.
