We are pleased to announce the 8th IMEKOFOODS Conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from September 22 – 24, 2025.
This international conference on metrology in food will bring together researchers, scientists, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to address the critical role of food safety, authenticity, and traceability in building a more sustainable food system. These are all essential topics that require the development of innovative and cutting-edge analytical approaches and a shared responsibility on all stakeholders in the food production chain.
