Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS and RMB. Registration is required for all participants. When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant receives a confirmation by email.
Student registrations will need to submit proof of student status.
The conference registration fee shall be denominated in Euros and RMB. Participants are solely responsible for currency conversion to their respective local currencies based on prevailing market exchange rates. The final settlement amount will be determined exclusively by the total funds received by the organizing committee.

- Cancellation notice received before 8th February, 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellation notice received between 9th February, 2026 to 28th February 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation notice received from 1st March 2026: no refund
